DIGITAL DISPATCH uses a technology commonly called ’RSS’ or ’Feeds’ to distribute breaking news, virus alerts, recall warnings and other computer-related information. DIGITAL DISPATCH has several advantages over e-mail and other broadcast forms of communication because it works in a ’pull’ method instead of e-mail’s ’push’. What this means is that the information provided by DIGITAL DISPATCH is immune to the problems that make e-mail so hard to use. Data Doctors uses DIGITAL DISPATCH to keep you up-to-date with all the important information we release on a periodic basis. All of our feeds are automatically added to the DIGITAL DISPATCH Reader, you can view them by clicking on the feed name in the list to the left of your DIGITAL DISPATCH window.
